Before you join
Is anything roasted yet?
No. Everything is pre-order. We roast once the green is bought, and the dispatch date is stated before you are asked to pay. Full refund before dispatch, or 14 days after delivery. The counter reads zero because nothing has shipped. We will not invent a number.
Whole bean or ground?
Both. You pick at checkout. Same price either way. 250g is sized for a letterbox.
Who gets the extra bag?
UK ambulance, fire, police and control-room mess rooms. You nominate; someone at the station confirms they work there. Credits ship once a station’s share reaches 4kg.
What is the Coffee Club?
